About us

IQ Risk Insurance Services, LLC is a fast-paced, knowledge-based, insurance brokerage and risk management organization comprised of a core group of focused, down to earth risk management and insurance professionals with decades of experience. On a daily basis, we work hand-in-hand with each of our clients to personally design, manage, and administer insurance programs for growing organizations; large and small.

Our risk management approach is highly consultative. From the first client meeting and throughout the relationship, we provide our clients with the insurance and risk management knowledge they require to make informed decisions. First, we help identify and quantify the risk exposures our clients face and then help bring them under control. We then create and implement tailored solutions by employing the most effective mix of risk mitigation, and risk transfer. Our risk engineered solutions encompass strategies that can help increase a firm's revenue growth, enhance its net income, and strengthen its balance sheet.

Our client focused teams work hand-in-hand with a talented group of real world underwriters from “A” rated insurance carriers who know the competitive marketplace that our clients face and have the product knowledge, underwriting discipline and customer focused claims handling to bring it all together. Client Advocacy and Fair Dealing in Broking

Market selections are made based on our clients' needs and desires coupled with IQ Risk Insurance Services’ knowledge of current market conditions and insurer capabilities and appetites. In turn, insurers are invited to offer proposals for our clients based on their ability and desire to compete and perform, regardless of IQ Risk Insurance Services’ compensation arrangements with those insurers. We always deal fairly with customers, suppliers and competitors.  At IQ Risk Insurance Services, LLC, we do not take unfair advantage of anyone through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of material facts or any other unfair practice.

We will describe IQ Risk Insurance Services’ products and services truthfully and accurately.  We never mislead clients through deceptive acts or practices, false advertising claims, misrepresentations regarding IQ Risk Insurance Services’ or our competitors’ products and services or other unfair methods of competition.

We compete fairly and honestly for business. We do not discuss sensitive market information, including prices, territories or strategies, with competitors.  We never agree to fix prices, divide markets or engage in any other anti-competitive practices.  We will never use, copy or give others the confidential or proprietary information of our competitors. 

Communications in proposals, bid preparations and contract negotiations must always be truthful.  We ensure that all relationships with business partners are conducted at arms-length and based on objective criteria, fairness and the best interests of IQ Risk Insurance Services, LLC and its clients.
